But after some trial and error, I found ways to fit in exercise, create balanced healthy meals and get enough sleep to function well! So now I want to teach those habits and skills to more moms. That’s why the intake session is such a game-changer. It’s designed to meet you where you are, gently guiding you toward lasting health and fitness transformations that suit you as an individual.

This session is more than just a quick chat. It’s a comprehensive, personalized hour that helps uncover your history, unique needs, goals, and challenges. Think of it as your health story’s starting point.
During this session, we explore:
Your current lifestyle habits, including exercise, nutrition, sleep, and mindset
Any postpartum recovery concerns or physical limitations
Your goals for fitness and overall wellness
Emotional and mental health factors that might be influencing your progress
This evaluation isn’t about judgment or quick fixes. It’s about understanding you deeply so that your health plan fits your life, not the other way around. I offer this session in person at my Studio Gym, just outside of Elora or virtually through Zoom.
