For over 15 years I have been helping clients work towards feeling their best, whether this is losing body fat, increasing strength, improving self-confidence, or boosting energy.
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with extra certifications for working with pregnant and postpartum women. This extra training allows me to give the best fitness advice for this unique stage of life. I know that exercise alone won’t work. My holistic approach, focusing on fitness training, evaluating your nutrition, and improving your sleep and mind set, leads to more successful results on your journey to feeling great.

Fit Confident Mama Program
My biggest passion is helping new mothers achieve lasting health and fitness so that they can feel strong, confident, and energized, without sacrificing precious time with their baby, or
feeling overwhelmed by unrealistic routines.
The Fit Confident Mama Program’s goal is to have you feeling healthy, strong and confident in just 12 weeks. Our goals:
1. Feel confident in your body through weight-loss, strength and mobility training that is empowering, not restrictive.
2. Increase your energy and mental clarity which helps as you juggle motherhood and personal goals.
3. Establish a sustainable routine that fits into your new life as a mom, including fitness and nutrition that don’t feel like huge sacrifices.
4. Reconnect with your sense of self, balancing your role as a mother with who you are as an individual.
With the Fit Confident Mama Program, you will:
