All new clients can book the intake session before joining the app. The intake session is where we will go through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Movement Screen to see how your body is currently moving and how we could improve your golf swing through proper mechanics.
Once your body is moving well we can then work on strength training to help you hit the ball further with speed and accuracy.
