She has been working with a wide range of clients from beginners to high performance athletes since 2012 and continues to learn more within each field of expertise so she can better serve them.
Since there is no one size fits all solution to any health and wellness problems, Kerri takes a personalized approach with each client and touches base regularly to help guide them in the right direction of their goals and making sure they are continuously growing by adding new habits as she sees fit.
